Villas Bookings
1 January 1970

When you make a booking for a Villa, through Cassidy Travel, you agree on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that you have read both our terms and conditions of booking and those of our villa supplier. We act only as your agent and when you make the booking your contract will always be with the supplier of the villa reserved on your behalf. Terms and conditions will be supplied at the time of booking.

Our supplier will endeavor to ensure that all of the information on their website is accurate and up to date and has agreed to provide this information to Cassidy Travel, however, occasionally errors occur, and they reserve the right to correct details in such circumstances. They, or the management company and the villa owner reserve the right to change interior room configurations, furnishings, the fixtures and fittings of the villa and all other equipment in, or appearance of, the villa without giving prior notice to us or to you.

At the time of booking you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit in cleared funds of between 20-50% (we will inform you of this amount at the time of booking) of the full amount payable (excluding any security deposit or accidental damage insurance fee) in order to secure the villa and selected dates (unless at the time of booking your arrival date is 60 days or less away), in which case the full amount including the villa damage insurance fee, if required, must be paid on booking.

The balance of the villa cost plus, where required the accidental damage insurance fee must be received no less than sixty days before your arrival date. If this is not received in full then the supplier has the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you in which case cancellation charges will become payable.

You are responsible for any and all damage and loss to the villa and its contents during your stay. If you or a member of your party cause any damage to the villa or any item in or on its premises, you and/or your party may be required to pay for the loss and/or damage caused to the fullest extent and in this event our supplier will hold you and each member of your party jointly and individually responsible.

A security deposit may be required from you to cover:

  1. Damage or loss to villa contents, and/or
  2. Excessive cleaning costs, and/or
  3. Excessive electricity or water use (e.g. air-conditioning on full with external doors left open)
  4. Late check out fee, should the standard check out time be exceeded without prior confirmation.

You will be advised, at the time of booking, if a security deposit is required.

A full and detailed check of the villa will take place by the management company after your departure. You will be advised of any faults or damages found after this check and you will be advised of the cost of repair or replacement where applicable.

The security deposit will be refunded on the original payment card once the property has been checked following your departure. This security deposit, less any charges, will be usually refunded within fourteen days after your departure date. Please note however that the refund may take longer if you dispute a charge, and our supplier needs time to investigate.

No other persons are permitted to stay at the villa other than those named on the booking and under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons specified in the villa description occupy the property (except by prior written agreement with the villa supplier).
